Directions for Use
- In a bowl, beat together egg and milk.
- Add one packet of the hotcake mix and gently stir until just combined.
- Heat a frying pan over medium heat, then remove from the heat briefly and place it on a damp cloth to slightly cool the pan.
- Pour about one-third of the batter into the centre of the pan from a slightly higher position.
- Cook over low heat for about 3 minutes until small bubbles appear on the surface.
- Flip and cook for another 2 minutes over low heat until fully cooked.
- Tip: Cover the pan with a lid after flipping for extra fluffy hotcakes.
