Directions for Use

Always turn off the heat before use.

For Hot Oil

1. Immediately after cooking, while the oil is still hot (approximately 80°C or above), add one packet of the oil solidifier.
2. Stir well until the powder has completely dissolved.
3. Leave the oil to cool for about 1 hour until it solidifies.
4. Once solid, lift it out with a spatula or similar utensil and dispose of it as general household waste (follow your local waste disposal regulations).

For Cooled Oil

1. Add the oil solidifier to the oil.
2. Reheat the oil to approximately 80°C while stirring until the powder dissolves completely.
3. Turn off the heat and allow the oil to cool until solidified.

If the Oil Does Not Solidify

• Too much oil may require additional packets.
• Add another packet, reheat to approximately 80°C, stir until dissolved, turn off the heat, and allow it to cool again.

Precautions

• Do not overheat previously cooled oil when reheating.
• Solidified oil may melt again if exposed to temperatures above 50°C.
• For use with edible cooking oil only.
• Do not use for purposes other than intended.
• Do not cook with or reuse solidified oil.
• This product is not edible.
• Keep out of reach of infants and young children.
• Keep the outer box until all packets have been used.
