Somen noodles made purely with flour and no salt. Can be used as solid foods upon cutting into small lengths of about 2.5cm.
As the noodles are unsalted, the water it is boiled in can be consumed along with the noodles.
Simmer with your favorite ingredients such as dashi or soup. Safe for infants from 5-12 months onwards to eat.
